Plumeria All-Day Body Refresher

This must have been a super rare, short-lived product, because I’ve never even seen or heard of it before. It appears to be a moisturizing gel of some kind. I’m going to hazard a guess and say it was released during a summer in the 90’s. It seems like the type of light, refreshing moisturizer you would use on a hot day. Has anyone tried this product?
